What are the SDGs?
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a set of 17 global goals established by the United Nations in 2015 as part of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. These goals, which are to be achieved by 2030, address a wide range of social, economic, and environmental challenges with the aim of improving the quality of life on Earth. The SDGs include targets for ending poverty, fighting inequality, tackling climate change, and ensuring that all people enjoy peace and prosperity.
